Podcasts are one of the main tools that have been utilised for learning and development since its conception and has continually grown for the past couple of years, as audio and visual content is rapidly replacing its text-based alternatives.
Given the lockdowns and restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, we can expect to see a sharp increase in podcast consumption, parallel to the increased viewing rate growth on Netflix. The coronavirus outbreak has impacted the construction industry beyond thought, and has overhauled our understanding of what it means to be “at home”.
With all of that in mind, there couldn’t be a better time to revisit the abundance of podcasts that are out there!
